TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. GENERAL

ABSOLUTE NO TO ANYTHING RELATED TO AI

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Credit me via

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • NO REFUNDS unless I am unable to work on your commission for any reason, or if I take longer than 2 months and have not started sketching it. 

  • Included as a BG /Props: Big Props such as guitars, piano, Animals, Fairies, change of character clothes, hairstyles, Accessories etc. BUT If they are not a part of the reference sheet (accessories etc.) Customer will have to pay an additional fee

   2. PAYMENT

 

  • Currency I accept is USD (United States Dollars)

  • Payments are made through PayPal at paypal.me/AccoLyf

  • Commissions should be paid  100% upfront after sketch approval.

  • Avoid making payment before I approved to give you a slot and requested you to send me the upfront payment.

  • Should a potential commissioner drop out of contact prior to payment and cannot be reached for 30 days, the quote is considered void and the commission canceled.

   3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

 

  • The time duration that I will take to start and finish a commission varies between 2 weeks - 2 months. Please take note on factors such as any unforeseen health complications, the complexity of the commissioned artwork, and other projects. 

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image (1000dpi)

​​4. COPYRIGHT

  1. MY (ARTIST) RIGHTS

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I have the right to place my watermark on the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as examples for clients and promotions

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you violate the terms.​

   2. CUSTOMER/ COMMISSIONER’S RIGHTS

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork in social media and websites with proper credits to me.

  • You may NOT claim, copy, trace, or redistribute the artwork as your own.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork. (reselling, redistributing, making prints, nor use for commercial purposes.)

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. This includes removing my watermark from the artwork.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property.

 

IF TERMS ARE VIOLATED, I WILL BLOCK, BLACK LIST YOU AND WILL NOT DO ANY REFUNDS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND

GENERAL

  • Do not TRACE/COPY my artworks.

  •  ( If someone does not credit me properly please do inform me!)

  • I have the right to showcase the artworks I made on my social media as an example.

  • I do not do HOLDS

 

PAYMENT

​

  • I accept PayPal, Amino Coins, DA points art and Character.

  • Payment should be given within 24 hours after you; win the auction, Given the notification that you have won. If failed to comply, the adopt will be given to the next highest bidder.

  • Payments in Amino Coins should be given at my coin bank

  • Payments in PayPal will be given a link by me.

 BIDDING

​

  • Do not BID and just simply back off.

  • Do not BID what you don't have in hand.

  • Do not delete/edit comments unless its a typo.

  • Reply to the last BIDDER

 

REDESIGNING

​

  • I am fine if you redesign a bit of the character as long as it is recognizable.
    Just do please credit me as the original designer!

  • Please DO NOT change the adoptable's skin color/ major design change etc. Love them as who they are.

 

WATERMARK

​

  • I have the right to not REMOVE my watermark.

  • Do not REMOVE my watermark. Art thieves are all over the place and I sincerely do not want that.

  • If watermark is removed I will instantly blacklist you so please do be respectful!
     

 RESELLING

​

  • Do not RESELL my adoptable higher than the original price unless there is another artwork with it.

  • Do not RESELL my Amino coins design adoptable for money unless there is another artwork with it or you paid in money to get the adoptable.

  • Do not RESELL my adoptable to people who is in my black list.

  • Do not RESELL the adoptable in at least a week of purchase.

  • Please Inform me when you will RESELL an adoptable of mine
